We sell/ship these to you assembled or unassembled; postage rates & labor costs drive the difference in price accordingly. Assembly instructions are included in the listing images. Installation

Installation can be carried out a variety of ways, including the use of VHB tape, plastic rivets, trim clips, short nuts/bolts, and even zip ties. Be wary as to not put undue stress on the printed mounting arms; ASA-CF is a strong, stiff material, but it is still plastic! VPrints does not warranty installation errors. Please reach out with questions.

Fitment

This part was designed using a scan of the bumper cover. Small bumper-to-bumper variations may result in varied fitment. Fitment variation can often be addressed during installation by gently straining the print and/or bumper cover as needed. No mounting hardware is provided.

Material

Polymaker ASA-CF08 in black. Printed in a heated chamber with a large nozzle, thus maximizing part strength. Each winglet is printed in 3 parts that are intended to be held together with metal dowels and ABS cement, enabling a quality appearance that does not require any coating (these do not come painted). ASA-CF is suitably thermal & UV-resistant as-printed.
